Usually getting a loan requires good credit, but payday loans rely on only on your income as collateral for the loan. Payday lenders don't check your credit, so bad credit won't affect whether you can a loan.

The first qualification for getting payday loans with bad credit is a steady source of income. Normally this is a job, but it can also be a fixed-income source, such as disability payments or retirement pay.

A second requirement is that your net income is at least $800 to $1000 a month. You'll need some kind of proof of your income, like a paystub, if your income is from a job. Lenders also like to see that you've had this income for at least 3 to 6 months.

Since your income is the security for the loan, the payday lender needs access to your paycheck. So you need to have an active checking account and you'll need to provide your latest bank statement. And while getting bad credit payday loans doesn't require good credit, it does require that you don't have a record of passing bad checks. One overdrawn check in the last few months shouldn't be a problem, but if you've made it a habit, you may not get a loan.

Like any loan, the process of payday loans involve a contract so, you need to be at least 18 years old. And the lenders also require you to be a resident of the United States or Canada for the Canadian lenders.
